A buyer’s agent takes the whole thing off your hands for $15,000 to $25,000. If you have no time, that is the right service at a fair price. This is the other kind of engagement. It is for the buyer who wants to run their own purchase, with a second set of eyes on the numbers.
We shortlist the suburbs with you. We build the comparable analysis with you. We work the due diligence with you and tell you what the evidence supports. Then you make the offer, and you keep the skill.
You do the looking. We do the numbers. Seven stages from the first call to the keys. The documents along the bottom arrive on named dates. Miss one and your $500 comes back.
A free 20 minute call, and a straight answer.
Turn a pre-approval into a written brief.
Narrow Australia to a handful of markets.
You search. We check whether it stacks up.
We build the case. You make the offer.
The right people to get it settled.
The last decision people rush.
Because we are not doing the same job. A buyer’s agent does the inspections, the calls and the negotiation, and charges for all of it. We give you the analysis and the strategy. You do the legwork, which is the part that teaches you something. The research behind it is not cheaper. It is already built, and shared across everyone who uses the free tools.
Judgment on your deal. The tools will tell you a suburb’s median moved four percent. They will not tell you whether the house you are standing in is worth the asking price, or which of the fourteen recent sales are really comparable to it. That call is what you are buying. It cannot be packaged.
Then you have paid $500 and nothing more, and you keep every document we produced. Six months is generous but it is not unlimited. If the market or your circumstances change, we would rather you walked than bought something to justify a fee. That is why the larger half is only paid if you buy.
Bring your budget and a rough idea of where you are looking. Plenty of these calls end with us pointing someone at three free modules and a screener filter. That is a good outcome, not a lost sale.
